Home training that adapts
Starts easy, asks one question after each workout, and lands on your real level. No equipment, no account, no ads — everything stays on your phone.
Open the app — your workout is ready. That's the whole idea.
Dredfit is an adaptive bodyweight trainer that works like a thermostat. No onboarding quiz, no goal picker, no settings. It starts you at an easy minimum and adjusts every next workout to how the last one actually went: answer one question after each session — tough, on plan, or easy — and the plan shifts. Already training? Enter the number you actually did, and the very first workout sets your real level.
WHY IT WORKS
• Double progression, done for you: reach the top of the rep range and a harder variation unlocks on its own — knee push-ups grow into archer push-ups, squats into shrimp squats.
• A pull in every workout keeps your shoulders in balance.
• Three shortfalls in a row on one movement trigger a small automatic deload — a breather, not a punishment. Progress without burnout.
• A joint hurting is not the same as muscles giving out, so it gets a different answer. Tap "Something hurt" and that movement rests: it keeps its place in the plan at the same level and stops getting harder for its next three appearances.
• No streaks, no guilt mechanics, no "we miss you". Ever.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• 40 exercises across 10 movement patterns — a chair, a table, a wall and a towel cover almost all of them.
• Optional pull-up bar module: switch it on and every other workout swaps in vertical pulls, from bar hangs to full pull-ups.
• Guided warm-up and cool-down — both pausable, with five seconds to get ready before every position — rest timers with 3-2-1 signals, hold timers for planks. The screen stays awake; timers survive a locked phone.
• Every exercise and stretch explains itself: technique steps, common mistakes, and an "In life" line — what the movement gives you outside the app.
• The rest countdown lives on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.
• Widgets in every size, home screen and lock screen: workout, done, or rest day — at a glance.
• A level chart, weekly summary and milestones. Calm ones: one quiet screen, no confetti. Anniversaries compare your first workout with today.
BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
• Short on time? A short version does three of the six exercises and takes about 40% off the clock — recorded honestly, and the next day offers the full workout again.
• An interrupted workout can be continued — even if the app was closed in the middle of it.
• Ran out of time? "Finish now" keeps what you've done and records the workout honestly.
• Coming back after a break, the plan meets you a couple of steps lower. No count of missed days, no apology asked for.
• Rest days with honest guidance — 2–3 a week is the recommended rhythm — a reminder on training days, export and import of your entire history.
• Workouts can be saved to Apple Health — write-only, nothing is ever read.
