1. Talk it out or write it out. Describe what you're avoiding and what makes it feel heavy. Voice is transcribed on your device where possible.
2. Check in. Rate how heavy it feels, 1–5, and pick the feelings that fit.
3. Get one reflection: what TAMTAE heard, one thinking pattern offered as a hypothesis — never a verdict — and one next small move sized to fit it.
4. Begin. A short encouragement, an "I'm starting now," and you're done. No timers, no follow-up chat, nothing else to manage. Reflections are AI-generated: the text of your entry is processed securely on our server to produce one structured response. It is never used to train models.
