Declare the days and times you train → a real alarm goes off → a motivation video gets you fired up → take a photo to check in. Run that loop, and your streak grows.

◆ A real alarm At your training time, you get a genuine alarm — the same kind your Clock app uses. It rings even when the silent switch is on and even during Focus modes. No more "I didn't notice the notification." Hit snooze and it comes back in 10 minutes. (Requires iOS 26 or later; on earlier versions we send a notification instead.)

◆ Your daily hype Turn off the alarm and a motivation video plays. Rate it "hit" or "meh" and the next one adapts to you.

◆ Check in with a photo Tapping a button to say "I did it" doesn't keep anyone honest. In Toremochi, the only way to log a workout is photo proof. Shoot with the front and rear cameras, and the app composes both into a single card with your streak count burned in — ready to share straight to your Instagram story.

◆ Streaks Hit every day you declared, and that week counts toward your streak. Skip one, and it resets without mercy. That's exactly why it keeps you going.

◆ Friends and the proof feed Add friends by ID and your check-in photos land in a shared feed. Seeing your friends show up is what gets you moving today. Comments and @mentions included.

◆ Privacy Check-in photos disappear automatically after 7 days (so do comments). Your photos and profile are visible only to friends you've approved, and other people's photos can't be saved.

◆ Declare your goal Put your goal on your profile — changeable only once every 30 days, so you can't rewrite it on a whim. Your profile photo unlocks after 7 successful check-ins.
