How it works:

1. Pick your wake-up time and choose 5 to 50 push-ups
2. The alarm fires through Silent Mode and Focus
3. Place your phone on the floor facing you
4. A quick calibration locks onto your body
5. Do your reps — every one tracked live with a skeleton overlay
6. Hit your count. Alarm stops. You're awake with blood pumping.
