Brave Pulse maps every paddleable river in your city and handles the whole pipeline from water research to boat rental to launch. Whether you're chasing a mellow float or a grade-3 rapid run, the app connects every step. It's built for kayakers and canoeists who want to explore new routes without guesswork.

Start with the River Atlas—a live map of all local paddling lines, each color-coded by difficulty, flow, and current. Tap Atlas Scope to inspect a specific section and see the metrics that matter: gradient, water level, hazard flags, and estimated paddle time. Once a route matches your skill and available time, you move to the Float Builder to design the actual paddle.

In the Builder, you drop pins for put-in and take-out on your chosen river. The app calculates trip length and duration in real time. You can review the gradient, current speed, and any hazards flagged for that water—fallen trees, portages, rapid transitions—before you launch. The app remembers your preferences: default new pins to left bank, show hazards by default, all the small habits that make repeated paddling easier.

Next is boat selection. The Boat Catalogue shows every rental option—kayaks, canoes, specialty craft—each with full specifications in Boat Detail. Use Compare Floats to evaluate multiple options side-by-side: capacity, weight, stability, rental cost. The Floats panel reserves your choice on your date and ties it to the water you mapped, ensuring your boat suits the river and your experience.

Booking Review displays your complete plan on one screen: river line, put-in and take-out, paddling group size, selected boat, and cost. Add a note for the dockhouse if you have a gear request or special instruction, then see available launch Slots for your date and time window. Pick your slot, tap reserve, and you're locked in.

My Bookings tracks every reservation as Upcoming until launch day, then shifts to Reached once you confirm the paddle is done. The app sends Water-level alerts if river conditions move significantly, and the Waypoint Card system flags specific hazards at exact locations on any route you follow. Jump back to the River Atlas anytime to refine your plan or try a new line.

Frequent paddlers earn rewards through the Loyalty Card—your rental history builds credit toward future bookings. Promo Codes let you apply discounts at checkout.
