BUILD YOUR WORKOUT Dial in warmup, work, rest, and cooldown, pick your rounds, and see the total time as you edit. Name your workouts and keep them ready on the home screen.

KiT is opinionated: no pause button, every round the same length, four saved workouts and no more. You've used the timers that take twenty minutes to configure - this one takes twenty seconds. If you need per-round custom splits, this isn't your app. If you want to press start and work out, it is.

CUES Voice announcements for every phase and round. Clean 3-2-1 countdown beeps that mix with your music instead of interrupting it. Toggle voice, beeps, and haptics per workout.

WORKS WITH YOUR PHONE LOCKED Your current phase, round, and a live countdown stay on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Lock your phone, drop it on the mat, and trust the timer.

MADE FOR APPLE WATCH Your watch joins in automatically: a live mirror of phase, countdown, and round, with haptic taps on your wrist. It records a real HIIT session too - heart rate and calories go to Health, and every workout counts toward your rings.
