timerKit is a no-nonsense interval timer for workouts built on rounds and sets — HIIT, boxing, calisthenics, kettlebells, stretching, or anything you train in intervals.

Set up your structure once: how long a set lasts, how many sets make a round, how many rounds you're doing, and how much rest goes in between — a short breather between sets, a longer one between rounds. Then press start and train.
