WATCH YOUR URIC ACID • Log lab readings in mg/dL or µmol/L (US and UK/AU units). • A trend chart with the clinical target line (under 6 mg/dL (360 µmol/L)).

FIND YOUR TRIGGERS • Log flares (joints, severity, suspected triggers). • Trigger insights correlate the foods you eat with your flares — from your own logs.
