Field Service Group

Field Service Group is an independently developed, unofficial congregation-care utility for individual Jehovah’s Witnesses. It helps users organize field service groups and information used in caring for their congregation.

Keep congregation information in one searchable place:

• Organize field service groups with clear overseer and assistant roles
• Maintain congregation names, phone numbers, addresses, family details, and important notes
• Keep useful emergency context close to each person’s contact information
• Plan shepherding calls and receive timely local reminders
• Manage meeting and field service schedules
• Prepare and share congregation rosters and other needed reports
• Import supported publisher details from an NWPublisher CSV export

Privacy and security are central to the design:

• Private records are encrypted on the device
• Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN can protect access
• Passphrase-protected encrypted backups support recovery
• Approved-device sync keeps encrypted information current through Apple iCloud when you enable it
• No advertising, analytics, account login, or remote logging
