SwimZones is an Apple Watch app built for swimmers who want to train with heart rate zones in the pool or open water.

During your workout, SwimZones displays your current heart rate zone in a large, color-coded view that is easy to read between lengths and sets.

Configure your maximum heart rate, choose a 3-zone or 6-zone model, set your pool length, and let SwimZones calculate your training zones automatically. You can also adjust each zone manually to match your individual training system.

After your workout, SwimZones shows a clear overview of your time spent in each zone, total duration, and distance. Workout data can be saved to Apple Health.
