I used to wear a heart rate monitor but would always forget to put it on before I went to the gym. I always wear my Apple Watch so this app was super helpful when I didn’t have my heart rate monitor that I would wear. It was so good I ended up ditching my wearable monitor and just using this app instead. I love how I can simply look down at my watch and phone and know what zone I was in based on the color.
