KALOS Personal Training

KALOS is the client companion app for KALOS Personal Training Studio — an appointment-only, one-on-one physique transformation studio in Richmond, BC.

This app is for existing and prospective KALOS clients. All training happens in person with your assigned trainer; KALOS keeps everything about your coaching in sync between sessions.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Book, reschedule, and manage sessions with your assigned trainer • View your package balance, session history, and expiry • Log your training — exercises, sets, reps, and weights — and see it saved to your program • Track personal records (PRs) and estimated 1RMs as they update • Log your macros and food with barcode scanning and saved meals • Track daily weight, satiety, training phase, and other coach-assigned metrics • Upload progress photos to track your transformation over time • Sync your step count from Apple Health (read-only) alongside your manual activity log • See your assigned trainer's programs and weekly goals
