User Reviews

Users praise the app for its easy-to-use interface, robust workout tracking, personalized trainer interaction, and nutrition logging. However, they repeatedly report crashes, lack of integration with Apple Health and other apps requiring manual data entry, a non-fluid UX, and billing/cancellation problems. These recurring pain points suggest stability and interoperability improvements are needed alongside smoother onboarding and billing support.
Pros
  • Easy to use / intuitive interface with simple navigation
  • Strong workout tracking and progress retention (recording sets/reps/weights and seeing past performance)
  • Personalization and clear trainer interaction/motivation (tailored programs, trainer feedback, encouragement)
  • Nutrition logging (ability to track food and calories)
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and app instability during workouts
  • No integration with popular nutrition/fitness apps and Apple Health data; manual data entry required
  • UX is not fluid; navigation is unclear and some controls are hard to use
  • Billing/cancellation issues; difficult to cancel subscriptions or get responses from support

Mo Bennett at LiFT Recovery changed my life, guiding me to a healthier life. The process was through a body assessment, Meal Prep and personal workout plan that tracks my progress. He listen to know me and learned that I did not need a dominating Trainer. I needed a Guide who was a Licensed Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer. The Results: From 218 libs to 160 lbs. I am 73 years old. I am stable, strong and mobile. No problem going up and down 15 stairs, several times a day. If you are an active Senior- Call Mo. Dr. Ellen

Hi- the app is very functional and provides a basic personal training functionality, but it doesn’t advance and include any new capabilities even after years. In 2026, there is no integration with other nutrition and fitness apps and everything has to be entered manually. At a minimum, it should pull from smartphones’ internal health apps and popular global nutrition apps to make the app more beneficial to both the trainer and the client. We could also benefit from AI capabilities embedded which could record videos while exercising at the touch of a button and auto upload after checking for video clarity and viability, etc. You could also get a lot more business from embedding latest capabilities!! Good luck!
