Eastern Cruise

All you need is your reservation number. Check your booking and voyage dates at a glance, and once on board receive onboard notices and crew messages.

Eastern Cruise is the passenger app for Eastern Cruise voyages. It covers everything from checking your booking before you sail to finding your way around the ship.

[Before boarding - use anywhere]

• Add and check your reservation by reservation number.
• Scan a QR code containing your reservation number and it is filled in for you.
• See the voyage name, the boarding date and the disembarkation date.
• Browse current promotions and take part in them.
• Receive notices and reservation notifications.
• Look back at materials and chat history from past voyages.

[On board - use on the ship] Once you are on the ship you enter the onboard section from inside the app. The onboard section works only while the device is connected to the ship's own network.

• Exchange messages with the crew. You can send photos and files too.
• Read onboard notices and the ship newsletter.
• See dining and shop information and the daily timetable.
• Add the people travelling with you as friends by scanning a QR code.

[Before you start]

• An account is required. Sign up with an email address and password, or sign in with Google, Kakao, Naver or Apple.
• Only users aged 14 or over may sign up.
• You can delete your account inside the app. Deletion removes the account immediately.
• The app does not collect location data and does not track you for advertising.
• The camera is used only to read QR codes. Nothing it sees is stored or sent.
• The onboard section needs the ship's own network. On land, only the pre-boarding features are available.
