Smart Connect Hub

Smart Connect Hub is a complete management platform for domiciliary and home care providers. It is used exclusively by registered care organisations — accounts are provided by your care provider, and the app is not available for public or individual sign-up. It gives care workers and coordinators everything they need to deliver safe, compliant care.

For care workers:
