Freediver is a training app for pool, depth, static and dry apnea. Plan a session, run it rep by rep, send it to your watch, and keep every dive in one log.

PLAN Build pool, depth, static and dry sessions, or start from a template. Set distances, hold times, rests and pace, then lay out your week on the calendar.

TRAIN A guided timer counts your holds, swims and rests. Audio and haptic cues keep you on pace so you can stay relaxed and stop watching the screen.

SEND POOL WORKOUTS TO YOUR WATCH Pool sessions sync automatically to Garmin, Suunto and Apple Watch. The set is on your wrist before you get in, so you can train without your phone.

GET YOUR DEPTH SESSIONS BACK Depth dives sync automatically from your watch, or upload the FIT file straight from your dive computer. Either way Freediver detects each dive and attaches it to the right session.

ANALYSE THE DEPTH Every dive gets a full profile: max depth, dive time, descent and ascent speed, hang time, surface interval and water temperature, with the per-second depth trace charted. Filter your dive log by depth, duration, date or discipline to find any dive you've done.

TRAIN WITH A COACH Join your training center and your coach sees everything you log — planned and completed sessions, stats, and every dive in your log. They can plan your sessions straight into your calendar, for you or the whole group. You choose the date your sharing starts, and you can leave a center at any time.

TRACK THE SEASON Sessions log automatically. Watch your volume build and see where depth, distance and hold times are actually moving.
