FreedivingPH Apnea is an Apple Watch training companion for supervised dynamic apnea sessions.

Build and run structured pool-training plans directly from your wrist. Configure your pool length, number of rounds, preparation time, recovery intervals, progressive recovery reduction, and maximum dive-time reminder.

The Dive Safety Alarm is a time-limit reminder. Sound, vibration, depth detection, and alerts are not guaranteed emergency systems. FreedivingPH Apnea is intended for training and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and must not be used to diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat any medical condition. Oxygen-saturation information is obtained from existing Apple Health data and is not measured continuously by this app.
