• Set your availability — tell organisers which shifts or hours you can cover, so you're only rostered when you're free.

• Find your way around — an interactive venue map shows first aid, registration, key locations and meeting points, with a handy index below the map.

• Stay informed — read the latest updates and announcements from organisers, and open any documents or briefing packs shared with you.

• Reach the right people — tap to call key contacts for the event directly from your phone.

• Complete your forms — fill in health & safety declarations, kit and t-shirt sizes, consent forms and anything else your organiser needs, right in the app.

• Manage your profile once — save your details, emergency contact, dietary requirements, t-shirt size and skills, and reuse them across every event.
