FSC Strength is the companion app for members of Fot's Strength and Conditioning. It connects you with the training program your FSC coach has built for you, and gives you simple tools to follow it, session by session.

What you can do: • Follow your current session — exercises, sets, reps and your coach's notes, laid out clearly. • Log each session when it's done, with a quick readiness check-in (how your energy and load are tracking) so your coach can adjust your program. • Tick off the mobility and accessory "homework" your coach assigns. • Read an educational library of general strength, conditioning and wellbeing articles. • Keep a private personal food and water log for your own reference, with general information aligned to the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. • Message your coach and manage your bookings.
