StrengthLab Club is the members' app for StrengthLab London — a strength & conditioning gym in Battersea and Wimbledon.

If you train with us, this is where your coaching lives between sessions:

• YOUR PROGRAMME — see the exact training block your coach has written for you, with sets, reps, loads and RPE targets, plus video demos from the exercise library.

• LOG YOUR SESSIONS — record what you lifted, how it felt and your RPE. Your coach sees it straight away and adjusts your next block.

• LIVE SESSIONS — for online and hybrid members, log in real time while your coach watches and coaches from their side.

• PROGRESS — track strength, bodyweight, assessments and personal bests over time, with clear charts.

• RECOVERY & READINESS — connect a wearable (WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit or Garmin) to bring HRV, sleep and recovery into your programming, so training adapts to how you're actually recovering.

• HABITS — simple daily habits set with your coach, ticked off in seconds.

• BOOKINGS & GROUP TRAINING — see upcoming small-group classes and PT sessions.

• MESSAGES — a direct line to your coach.

• NOTIFICATIONS — session reminders and coach updates so nothing slips.
