HOW IT WORKS Shame Fitness reads workouts and steps from Apple Health (read-only). Pro sleep mode also reads sleep analysis when enabled. The app evaluates your goals and generates fresh AI roasts when you miss—or grudgingly praises you when you win.

Reminders are local notifications (step check, end of day, optional 8am sleep nudge). Open the app for the full roast.

HealthKit is optional but required for accountability. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.
