I didn’t expect much, but Reshape turned out to be the first app I didn’t delete after three days. It didn’t guilt-trip me, didn’t overpromise, and the weekly check-ins actually helped me notice habits I wasn’t aware of. The meals were normal, not influencer-level unrealistic. Still has some glitches, but overall feels like something made with care for real people. Oh, and the AI coach Fio is actually useful, it checks in with small nudges that feel personal, not annoying.

Reshape has genuinely changed how one tracks their daily calorie intake by making the process easy and addictive. I have usually been bad with logging my meals, and always ended up losing interest in a few days just because how difficult it was to track meals. But with this app, it’s one snap, and go. It’s amazing at recognizing what’s there on my plate and is incredibly accurate, with all types and quantity of food. Definitely better than any other food tracking app out there! It helps me stay disciplined and makes it easy to do so. Always recommend!
