• Daily checklist — 5,000 steps and nutrition logged from Apple Health • Weekly weigh-in for consistency scoring • Today view with calories, macros, streak, and your score out of 30 • Leaderboard so everyone in the group can see who's staying consistent • Progress photos — unlimited private uploads with date and weight on each photo • Group feed — post messages, like activity, and reply to keep each other going • Reveal phase — submit transformation photos and vote when the challenge ends Connect Apple Health to auto-check steps and nutrition (MyFitnessPal or similar must write to Health). Turn on notifications for daily reminders, weekly weigh-in nudges, and feed activity from your group.
