Loot Lane is a pocket-sized roguelike built around a single vertical lane and one-thumb swipes. Instead of a full map, your whole dungeon runs top to bottom. Swipe up to push into the next room, pick left or right when the lane splits, and pull back a step when you need a calmer moment to patch up. Every choice trades safety for reward. Each descent reshuffles the rooms, enemies, and gear you find. Pick up weapons, brews, and rare finds, then let them stack into playstyles — burn things down, turtle behind heavy armor, or stack lingering damage and let it do the work. Runs are short and made to repeat, and your progress sticks. Open up new starting classes, add slots for your rare finds, reach lower floors, and send each new hero in a little sharper than the last.
