I think there needs to be an indication of gear being equipped by a different party member! Otherwise great stuff

Gameplay loop is fine, but characters aren’t well balanced (some have clearly better skills, melee and defense are dramatically better than magic), the loot isn’t really mix and matchable because of this. Status effects on your characters are hard to see (if they exist other than death’s terror), but gear bonuses include status effect reduction of various kinds. This game will be much better when some thought into balance and synergy with different characters becomes meaningful. Right now there are many characters that are just garbage and no amount of upgrading or gear will make them useful.
