I've used plenty of workout apps, but this one nails the fundamentals. The custom workout builder and superset features are excellent time-savers. I especially appreciate the volume insights; having dealt with overtraining before, the developer has built a tool that effectively keeps me from doing too much while ensuring I continue to grow.
