Sensa has no points, streaks or rewards. There is no task here of judging your state as right or wrong. The app helps you pause, notice what is happening, and keep what matters right now.

Your journal is a private space. Entries are never published and sync only within your account. Photos stay on the device where you added them. Sensa has no ads and no advertising tracking.

Sensa's practices draw on principles from Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). The app is intended for self-reflection and does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or psychotherapy.
