AMGY is the workout tracker built for people who care about training. Log lifts, follow a split, see your strength climb on charts that update every workout, and stay accountable with streaks and medals.

TRAIN SMARTER • 4 ready-made splits — Bro Split, Push/Pull/Legs, Arnold, Upper/Lower — load in one tap, then edit anything you want. • Build your own program from scratch. Add training or rest days, drop in exercises, set sets and reps. • A searchable exercise library grouped by muscle, with anatomy diagrams showing exactly what each move targets. Add custom exercises any time.

LOG EVERY SET • Start an empty workout, or load a program day with its sets pre-filled (weights carried from last time). Log set-by-set with reps + weight + kg/lbs, then finish when done. • See your last performance on every exercise, and get a celebration when you hit a new personal record. • A calendar shows every workout day. Revisit history and edit any past workout (rename, swap exercises).

COMPETE WITH FRIENDS • Create a challenge in any metric — most reps, heaviest lift, fastest time, most distance, most workouts in a window. • Add friends by username and race a live leaderboard with trophies for the top 3.

COACH MODE • Coaches build a roster of athletes and assign a program to each one. • Share any program with a one-tap code so anyone can import the split into their own AMGY.

YOUR BODY, TRACKED • Body-weight tracker with a chart over time so you can see if a bulk or cut is working. • Nutrition: a starter food database with calories, carbs, protein and fat — log servings and see your daily totals, plus water tracking.

STREAKS AND MEDALS • Medals to unlock as your workouts and streaks grow. • Optional daily reminders for workouts, water, and creatine.

PRIVACY AND SYNC • Email + password sign-up, hashed by the auth provider. • Your data syncs across your devices via your own account, protected by row-level security. • Full account deletion from inside the app. • No tracking across apps or websites. No ads.
