Reset90 AI is a 90-day fitness and nutrition planning app for users aged 16 and older who want structure, consistency, and clear next steps.

Use it to:

• Follow an adaptive 90-day training journey with 2–7 training days per week.
• Receive rolling workout schedules with recovery days and the option to train early.
• Learn from exercise swaps and skipped exercises to improve future workouts.
• Log workouts, sets, reps, weight, meals, and progress.
• Review daily coach messages, streaks, and checklists.
• Use optional meal photo scans to create editable nutrition drafts.
• Use optional weekly body photo check-ins to review fitness progress over time.
• Ask workout coach questions with optional voice dictation.
• Send optional feedback about bugs, improvements, or questions.
• Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
• Delete your account at any time from Profile.

If AI Features are enabled, Reset90 AI uses optional third-party AI processing for supported coaching, photo scans, and submitted coach questions. Data is sent only after the relevant consent and user action. If AI Features are disabled, the app continues to work with built-in training plans and manual logging.
