90 Days Stronger

90 Days Stronger is a 90-day community wellness challenge from Asha Circle Association, a Calgary nonprofit building healthier, more connected lives across the South Asian community.

From July 1 to September 28, 2026, participants move together — walking from day one, adding strength training, and bringing in sport as the challenge builds. Every step counts toward a friendly community leaderboard, and the journey culminates in the Shakti Cup celebration planned for end of challenge.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Track your daily steps automatically through Apple Health, or log them manually
• Earn points for walking, strength training, and sport
• Climb daily step and overall points leaderboards, filtered by level and age group
• See your progress as raw step counts or as a percentage of your daily goal
• Create and join community events, and earn points for showing up
• Celebrate milestones and streaks with fellow participants

BUILT FOR COMMUNITY 90 Days Stronger is designed to make movement social. Whether you're just starting out or already active, you'll find your level, your age group, and a community moving alongside you.

YOUR PRIVACY We collect only what we need to run the challenge. Step data is read solely to track your progress and points — it is never used for advertising and never shared with sponsors. Only your first name appears on community leaderboards. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
