TAILORED TO FIT YOUR NEEDS You decide when you want to start and finish your Challenge. We recommend about 6-10 weeks per Challenge. It’s better to do several Challenges during the year and in between launch health tips, training groups, lectures etc. Just divide into teams that fit your organisation and get ready for an active adventure.
