Built for Apple Health (HealthKit): HeartPods reads heart rate during an active measurement session (as required by Apple's API for external heart rate on iPhone) and saves your workout to the Health app when you stop.

REQUIRES • iPhone with iOS 26 or later • AirPods Pro 3 with heart rate sensing • Apple Health permissions (Heart Rate read, Workouts read & write)

HOW IT WORKS
