2026-06-22	jo*****		I love this app!!! It’s been helping me to really build habits (and actually keep them 😅). There are some other habit building apps out there but this one is great because how simple yet intuitive it is. You can also plug in your health trackers and lab report stuff and it will ai smart suggest custom habits that will best improve your life. I’m a little ambitious so the thing I love most is that it actually limits the amount of habits you can be working on at a time so that you stay focused and get things nailed down before moving on to the next thing. Anywho, I suggest anyone should try out this app to see how they can improve their life!
