HealthSync is a privacy-first iPhone app for people who want selected health data available in systems they control. Choose the categories you want to sync, including steps, energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, workouts, body metrics, and optional nutrition and water data. HealthSync reads data on-device after you grant permission, stores your upload token in Keychain, and sends queued JSON batches only to the backend you configure or to hosted HealthSync storage when enabled. Use HealthSync for private dashboards, personal analytics, self-hosted databases, and agent workflows that need health summaries from your own endpoint. What you can do: - Review Health access with user-controlled read permissions - Toggle each health category before sync - Sync the last 24 hours or backfill a date range - Retry failed uploads automatically - Use a custom HTTPS backend or managed HealthSync storage - Keep raw health payloads out of app logs HealthSync does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
