How it works:

2. Choose your sync mode (Local Server or Cloud Relay)
3. Your health data flows automatically

What syncs: • Activity — steps, distance, calories, exercise, flights climbed • Heart — resting HR, HRV, VO2 Max, SpO2, respiratory rate • Sleep — total, core, deep, REM, efficiency • Body — weight, BMI, body fat, lean mass • Workouts — type, duration, calories, heart rate zones • 70+ HealthKit metrics — you choose which to share

Privacy first: • End-to-end encrypted (X25519 + ChaCha20-Poly1305) • Cloud relay holds data max 15 minutes, then deletes • No accounts, no tracking, no analytics • Your data never touches our servers in readable form
