WyVo: Weights & Volume is a focused iPhone lifting log for gym sessions where every set, rest, and progression should be quick to capture.

Track sets as you finish them, start rest timers from the set you just logged, and see what you lifted before you choose the next weight. Today keeps the active workout close. Progress shows exercise trends, set history, and personal records. Profile keeps workout history, training notes, references, and AI Coach conversations in one place.

Built for phone-first lifting:

• Log weight, reps, warm-ups, and notes without leaving the workout flow.
• Time rests with foreground controls and local notifications.
• Review exercise-specific progress, recent sets, and personal records.
• Add optional Apple Health heart-rate snapshots after permission.
• Ask the optional AI Coach about your training, including photo-based questions.

AI Coach is optional and BYOK (bring your own key). Offline Preview works without an API key and does not send AI Coach context to an online provider. If you choose online AI Coaching, WyVo sends requests directly from the app to the provider you select: Anthropic, Gemini, Grok, OpenAI, or OpenRouter. You supply your own provider key, WyVo stores it in the device Keychain, and you choose when to send AI Coach messages, attached photos, relevant workout context, and optional heart-rate context to that provider.

WyVo does not require an account. Workout data and AI Coach history are local-first, and there are no ads or tracking SDKs.
