Daily Health Score (DHS) helps users track Lifestyle Medicine principles. The app includes a method for SMART goal creation and tracking and HRV/DHS graphical analysis.

Daily Health Score turns your Apple Health data into one clear number for the day—so you know where you stand and what to focus on next.

HOW IT WORKS

Each day you can earn up to 10 points across three habits that matter for long-term health: • Sleep — up to 4 points (goal: 7, 7.5, or 8 hours) • Dietary fiber — up to 4 points (goal: 30, 40, or 50 grams) • Exercise — up to 2 points (goal: 30 minutes of Apple Exercise Time) The app reads sleep, fiber, and exercise directly from Apple Health. No manual logging spreadsheets, no account, and no cloud sync in this version—your data stays on your iPhone.

TODAY AT A GLANCE

Open the Today tab to see your score ring, today’s metrics, and a primary focus based on your weakest area. When every goal is met, the app shifts into maintain mode with guidance to help you stay consistent. When you need a nudge, tap for rotating encouragement or motivation messages—written to be practical, not preachy.

SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE

Rolling 7-, 30-, and 90-day views help you spot trends instead of chasing one perfect day. Compare averages, review recent days, and build habits that compound over time.

SMART GOALS

Set structured SMART goals inside the app with check-ins and optional reminders. Use them when you want more than a daily score—for example, goals for exercise or relationships or finances.

HRV data incorporated and graphed relative to Daily Health Score to help spot trends.

BUILT FOR APPLE HEALTH

• Sleep uses HealthKit sleep analysis with wake-day attribution and merged samples so totals align more closely with Apple Health’s Time Asleep display • Fiber uses cumulative dietary fiber for the day. Either log manually or link MyFitnessPal • Exercise uses Apple Exercise Time (exercise minutes) Sync happens on launch and when you return to the app. Tap refresh on Today anytime to pull the latest data from Health.
