Every set you log gets evaluated. Did you hit your target reps? Was your effort where it should be? Elite Performance reads your performance and gives you a specific coaching note — not a generic "great job," but a real assessment: hold this load, increase next session, or your reps are dropping, something's off.

Load suggestions aren't guesses. They're calculated from your actual performance history, adjusted for where you are in your training block, and capped so the app never suggests something unreasonable.

Programs are built around your schedule. Tell us your goal, how many days you can train, and what equipment you have. We build a 10-week periodized program with wave progression — sets, reps, and intensity that deliberately change week to week so you keep making progress instead of plateauing.
