HighLvl is an AI nutrition and recovery coach. Log meals by simply chatting — "I had two eggs and toast" — and HighLvl estimates the calories and macros for you, no database tapping. It reconciles your daily targets against your real calorie burn from Apple Health (and WHOOP, if you connect it), so your remaining calories reflect what your body actually did today, not a generic formula.

Each morning, HighLvl reads your recovery signals — sleep, resting heart rate, and heart-rate variability — and sets the day's plan, easing your targets on low-recovery days and pushing on high-recovery ones.
