Slumber syncs your sleep and turns it into something you share with friends.

SYNC & POST Read sleep from Apple Health (Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, Whoop, Fitbit, and more) or connect Google Health when your Pixel Watch or Fitbit syncs there instead. Pick your data source in Settings — Automatic, Apple Health, or Google Health. See stage breakdowns on a hypnogram. Add vibe, tags, dreams, notes, and photos. Log manually when you didn’t wear a tracker.

SOCIAL Friends feed, kudos, and comments — like comments, reply via long-press, edit or delete your own. Long-press kudos or comment likes to see who reacted. Tag sleep buddies on a post — friends you shared the night with; they confirm before it shows. Tap any post for full night details. Share your invite link so friends can add you quickly.

DREAMS Log dreams with an optional mood (Nightmare, Weird, Neutral, Good, Vivid). Blur private dreams so friends know you logged one without reading the text.

CHALLENGES 1-on-1 and group sleep challenges with friends. Compare consistency over the week.

STATS Averages, streaks, stage trends, personal records, and friend compare — from measured nights.

SAFETY Report posts and comments, block users, delete your account in Settings.

REQUIREMENTS Free account (email, magic link, or Google sign-in). Apple Health and/or Google Health read access for wearable sync (your choice in Settings). Slumber does not write sleep data to Health or Google. iPhone, iOS 16.4+.
