Your recovery, phase by phase Guidance organized around where you are, not a generic timeline. What is typical this week, what tends to come next, and what other people notice around the same point.

Illustrated exercise programs Every exercise has its own illustration and written step-by-step instructions, grouped into the phase it belongs to. Check them off as you go.

Before surgery, too If you have a date coming up, there's a countdown and a preparation program so the weeks beforehand aren't just waiting.

Daily check-ins A short log of how you're doing — pain, swelling, activity, therapy minutes. It takes a moment, and it gives your care team something real to look at.

Outcome scores on schedule The standard questionnaires your surgeon uses, arriving when they're due rather than remembered at the last minute.

Apple Health If you use an Apple Watch or carry your iPhone, your activity can flow in on its own. Entirely optional.

Messages from your care team Check-ins and instructions from your surgeon's office, kept in one place instead of scattered across voicemail and email.

HOW TO GET ACCESS

JointBooklet is provided through your surgeon's practice. Your care team sends you an invitation and your account is set up from there — you can't create one on your own.
