GymCard is an iPhone workout journal built to capture what matters at the gym without getting in your way.

Create your profile, choose exercises from the built-in catalog or add your own, log sets with weight, reps, RPE, rest time and notes, and save templates to repeat your favorite routines.

Track progress with clear metrics: monthly volume, workout frequency, body weight, workout history, personal records and estimated 1RM. When you hit a new personal record, GymCard can turn it into a PR card that you can save to Photos or share with the native iOS share sheet.

GymCard is privacy-first. There are no ads, no tracking, no required account, no internal social network and no external GymCard backend. Your data is stored on device with SwiftData and, when iCloud is available, can sync through your private CloudKit database.
