Easy Gym Workout Tracker is a minimalist, private workout log for iPhone and iPad—for anyone who wants to record workouts simply: no subscription, no fitness-game feel, and no tips you don't need. Your data stays on your device by default; Apple Health and iCloud sync are optional. No app account required.

Plan strength training, cardio, and stretching in custom training plans and start workouts directly in the app. During training, check off sets, time rest periods, log exertion, and undo or repeat steps when needed.

Built-in exercise catalog with instructions, custom exercises with photos, equipment, and detailed instructions, search, and a YouTube search link per exercise (no embedded videos). Statistics and charts for workouts, body weight, body fat, muscle groups, and individual exercises—achievements and trophies only if you enable them.

Personalized training suggestions (Apple Intelligence) estimate weight, reps, or duration for your next set—they learn from your workouts and corrections; you decide per set. Optional: Apple Health sync for body weight, body fat, and completed workouts, training reminders, rest timer (notification or alarm), Live Activities for active workouts and rest periods, Home Screen widgets, Quick Action via long-press on the app icon, and a Siri shortcut to start a workout directly.

Import and export for backup, device changes, and migrating existing gym data. Optional iCloud sync. Completed workouts can also be saved to Apple Health retroactively.
