My Private Gym

My Private Gym is your private workout log for iPhone. Your workout data stays local on your device by default; Apple Health and iCloud sync are there only if you want them.

Plan strength training, cardio, and stretching in your own workout plans, then start workouts directly in the app. During a workout, you can check off sets, time rest periods, record exertion, and undo or redo steps when needed.

The app includes a built-in exercise catalog, supports your own exercises with photos, and shows progress through statistics and charts for workouts, body weight, body fat, muscle groups, and individual exercises.

If you want, personalized training suggestions can support you directly on your device. They learn from your workout history and corrections and help estimate weight, reps, or duration for the next set. You stay in control of whether to follow a suggestion.

My Private Gym fits naturally into the Apple ecosystem: optional Apple Health integration for body weight, body fat, and completed workouts, plus a Home Screen widget, Live Activities, workout reminders, rest timers, and a Siri shortcut to start a workout directly.

For backup, moving to another device, or bringing in existing data, import and export are built in. Optional iCloud sync is also available.
