Say what is in your head, in whatever order it comes out. The Witness reflects it back so you can see it from the outside. Then you get exactly one micro-step, small enough that starting it does not need a decision. You take it, and the loop closes.

That is the Clarity Loop, and it is the whole app.

WHAT IT IS NOT

Ascend is not a to-do list, a planner, or a dashboard. There are no streaks, no points, and nothing that keeps score of you. Nothing in it asks you to come back and nothing punishes you for not having.

WHAT IT DOES

Say it out loud or type it, however much comes out. Have it reflected back, so the shape of it is outside your head. Get one step, sized to the state you are actually in. Park anything you are not doing now, with the whole thread kept. Come back to open loops without re-explaining any of it.

Ascend keeps what you tell it about your circumstances so the next step fits the life you are actually in rather than a general one. You can read everything it holds, change any of it, and delete any of it, on every plan. Memory can be cleared in full at any time.

SUBSCRIPTION

Ascend is free to try for 14 days with no card. After the trial, a subscription is required to keep using the Clarity Loop.

Ascend Standard: 20.00 USD per month, or 199.00 USD per year. Ascend Pro: 39.00 USD per month, or 389.00 USD per year.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings.
