Effica is built for Australian NDIS providers, support workers, participants, parents and guardians. It brings shift work, participant support details, feedback, communication, documents and care workflows into one calm mobile app.

For support workers: • See upcoming shifts and shift details • Clock in and out with location-verified attendance • Optionally enable arrival clock-in for the next rostered shift • Separately opt in to active-shift background location; sharing stops at clock-out • Follow care plans, tasks and goals • Record medication administration, sleep and welfare checks • Write shift notes with optional photos or voice notes • Report incidents and property damage • Complete finish-of-shift handovers

Privacy and safety first. Participant and family portals do not use location. Support-worker background location is off until both the organisation allows it and the worker makes a separate device choice. Arrival monitoring watches only the next rostered shift area and stops at clock-in; active-shift sharing runs only while clocked in and stops at clock-out. Effica does not sell data or use it for advertising.

Effica requires an account issued or invited by an NDIS provider using Effica. Provider subscriptions are managed on the web; mobile users do not purchase digital content in the app.
