MAKE TODAY YOURS Choose a Simple, Balanced or Detailed layout. Pin your favorite cards, hide what you do not need or use weight-free mode. Pick a coach tone and check-in preferences. Name your companion plant and choose its pot and scene. Breaks do not reduce its health.

A MOMENT TO PAUSE Choose free one-, three- or five-minute breathing or reflection, or try self-paced grounding. Adjust the breathing pace, pause whenever you need and choose an optional reminder. Mindful moments do not require a fast.

YOUR NEXT WEEK Compare saved activity from two complete weeks, then explore a seven-day schedule around your days. The comparison and editable preview are free. Saving and using the schedule requires Premium, a safety review and your confirmation. A schedule never starts a fast automatically.

SAVE YOUR SETUP Save, preview and share routine configurations for free. Shared links include only the routine name, schedule and appearance, not health records, profile or purchase data. Recipients review a preview before choosing whether to apply it. Applying a weekly schedule requires Premium and safety review.

FREE TO START The timer, daily presets, free one-week schedule starters, static weekly templates, basic weekly recap, Time Capsule, Year in Review, hydration, optional weight, basic history and safety settings are free. So are Today personalization, companion preferences, mindful moments and an optional first week of prompts to explore Fasta at your own pace. Apple Health weight/water sync and Restore Purchases are available without an account.

SMALL MOMENTS, RECOGNISED Eight new trophies recognise mindful moments, check-ins, personal choices, saved routines and exploring your first-week guide. Choose animated, quiet or no celebrations, with optional haptics. Any days count; there is no streak to protect.

FASTA PREMIUM Premium adds editable weekly fasting schedules, the private on-device coach, 30-day reports and CSV exports, premium themes and premium timer styles. Choosing a coach tone does not unlock Premium coach features. Local prices and subscription terms appear before purchase. Any trial depends on the selected store offer and your eligibility.

APPLE WATCH, WIDGETS, AND HEALTH Stay oriented from your wrist, widgets, Lock Screen or Live Activity. Apple Health is optional. With permission, Fasta can read weight, water, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, active energy and blood glucose as logged context, and write water and weight entries you log in the app. Logged context is not a health or fasting-safety assessment.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Fasta uses local device storage. Your core fasting data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it. You control optional health permissions.
