What's your goal — performance, longevity, or both? Then it builds a weekly programme that fits around your matches instead of competing with them.

Choose a full Gym programme or join the waitlist for our Home / Hybrid track. Pick session lengths of 30, 45, 60, or 75 minutes. Set intensity (Easy, Balanced, or Push Hard) and how much variety you want week to week. VOR adapts.

Safe by design

Every new user completes a PAR-Q health screen before a single workout is generated. Report an injury and VOR factors it into your sessions. Rate any exercise poorly and the engine learns and swaps it.
