[DAYTIME: STAY WITH YOU] Your picks show up on the Today page. When you're stuck, Solhora asks one question — not ten. When you have a free moment, tap "I have time" and it pulls up small tasks that fit your window — 5 minutes, 15 minutes, whatever you've got.

[EVENING: SEE WHAT YOU DID] Solhora will never tell you how many tasks you didn't finish. It only shows you what you completed. Every finished task gets its own completion card — a photo you take or one Solhora generates for you.

[LATE NIGHT: CATCH YOUR THOUGHTS] Something pops into your head at 2 AM? Tell Solhora. It writes it down and reminds you in the morning. No follow-ups. No judgment. No conversation.
