• Build programs your way. Pick a curated public program (Push Pull Legs, full body splits, hypertrophy blocks, and more) or build your own from scratch. Choose a fixed weekly
calendar or a flexible rotation. Set target sets, reps, rest, and tempo per exercise. Clone any public program to make it yours.
• Log sessions that match how you train. Start today's workout straight from your active program, switch to a different workout in the same plan, or go fully free-form. Track
weight, reps, and tempo, with a built-in rest timer between sets. Edit past sessions whenever you need to.
• See real progress. Total sessions, weekly volume trend, per-exercise strength curves with automatic PR detection (estimated 1RM via the Epley formula), program activity
heatmaps, and milestone history. Pin your key lifts to keep them on your dashboard.
• Browse a deep exercise library. Hundreds of curated exercises with muscle-group filters and a fast picker. Add your own custom exercises any time.
• Log body weight. Manual entries with full history. See your latest weight at a glance on the dashboard.
• Navigate by calendar. Color-coded session dots for each program workout, scheduled days highlighted, jump back to any past day in two taps.
• Get progressive overload nudges. The dashboard surfaces actionable suggestions based on your last performance — for example, "Bench Press: add 2.5 lb next session."
