BUILT ON REAL SCIENCE

Training load uses banister's TRIMP. Running form draws on heiderscheit's cadence research and daniels' pacing tables. RPE is computed against percent-of-max heart rate, not heart rate reserve. The methods are public, the math is on your device, and nothing here is invented marketing.

PRIVACY IS THE PRODUCT

No backend. No third-party SDKs. No analytics. No account.

Your workouts never leave your iPhone. The review runs on Apple's on-device foundation models — the same hardware that runs your keyboard predictions. We can't see your data because we never receive it.
